Maple Cream Spread

Pure maple cream spread(sometimes referred to as maple butter). This is made by simply boiling maple syrup to a higher temperature and then whipping. Nothing is added to maple syrup to make maple cream. Tastes great on toast, bagels, ice cream, etc. Also makes a great fruit dip.
